How can I book a session with you?
You can book a session by contacting me through the contact form on my website, sending an email to annanaglayaphoto@gmail.com or texting me in private in instagram @naglayaphoto. We will discuss your needs, preferred dates, and any specific requests to schedule your session.
What is your pricing for a photoshoot?
My pricing varies depending on the type of photoshoot and the duration. I offer different packages to suit various needs and budgets. Please visit the "Pricing" page on my website for detailed information or contact me directly for a personalized quote.
Where are you located, and do you travel for photoshoots?
I am based in Bussum in the Netherlands. I am happy to travel for photoshoots within 30 km (which includes Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort and Almere) and even beyond, depending on the project. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my immediate area ( €0,23 per kilometer).
How long does a typical photoshoot last?
The length of a photoshoot depends on the type of session you book. Family and couples sessions typically last between 1-2 hours, while more extensive sessions, such as engagement or themed shoots, may take longer. We can discuss the details during our consultation to ensure we have enough time to capture all the moments you want.
What should we wear for our photoshoot?
I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style. Coordinating colors work well for group photos, but try to avoid overly busy patterns. For specific tips, I provide a wardrobe guide once your session is booked, which includes suggestions based on the season and location of your shoot.
How soon will we receive our photos after the shoot?
Typically, you can expect to receive a gallery to browse in 2-3 days and your edited photos within 2 weeks after the shoot. I take great care in selecting and editing your images to ensure they are of the highest quality. For faster delivery options, please let me know, and we can discuss the details.
Do you offer prints and photo albums?
Yes, I offer a variety of print options, including high-quality prints and custom photo albums. You can select your preferred products through your online gallery once your photos are ready. I’m happy to help you choose the best options to showcase your images.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel our session?
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can find an alternative date. For cancellations, please refer to my cancellation policy outlined in the booking agreement. Typically, I require at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor photoshoot?
If the weather is unfavorable on the day of your outdoor session, we can reschedule to a later date or move to an indoor location if possible. I keep a close eye on the forecast and will communicate with you ahead of time to make the best decision for your shoot.
Do you provide digital images, and are they included in the package?
Yes, all of my packages include a selection of high-resolution digital images. The number of included images varies by package. You will have access to an online gallery where you can download your images and share them with family and friends.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, I offer gift certificates that make a perfect gift for friends and family. Contact me for more details. Gift certificates can be used towards any of my photography services.
How do you handle privacy and photo usage rights?
Your privacy is very important to me. I only use your photos for promotional purposes with your consent. Before the session, you'll sign a model release form that outlines how your images can be used. If you prefer to keep your photos private, please let me know, and I will respect your wishes.
Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot to reschedule without any additional fees.
2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session cost.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will also be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total session cost.
3. No-Show Policy:
If the client does not show up for the session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
For outdoor photoshoots, if the weather conditions are unfavorable, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. The decision to reschedule due to weather will be made by the photographer.
5. Photographer-Initiated Cancellations:
If the photographer needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time for both parties.
6. Illness and Emergencies:
In case of illness or emergencies, both the client and the photographer can request to reschedule the session without any penalty. Please notify as soon as possible if you need to reschedule due to these reasons.
7. Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
8. Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are allowed to reschedule one time without any additional fees if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the session.
9. Deposit Policy:
If a deposit was required to secure the booking, it will be applied to the new session date if rescheduling occurs within the permitted timeframe. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels without rescheduling.
