All photographs are subject to copyright and the property of the photographer and may not be used for any commercial purpose, promotion or sale to a third party without the author's written consent. Photographed persons may use the photographs for their non-commercial personal presentation.

Orders

I accept orders by e-mail (annanaglayaphoto@gmail.com) or via the form on this website. By ordering a photo shoot, you automatically confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as my approach to photography and editing photographs. The order also serves as consent to the use of some photos taken during our joint photo shoot for my presentation, if you do not want some photos to be published, please inform me after selecting the photos for editing. For other uses of these photos, the photographer is obliged to request the consent of the client. 

Photo selection 

I will send you previews of all the photos taken within 2-3 days after the photo shoot using a link to the gallery with unedited previews of your photos, where you can choose your favorites for final editing. For standard orders, the delivery time of the final electronic photos is a maximum of 10 business days from the selection of favorites by the customer. Photo previews from the gallery are not allowed to be published anywhere and further modified according to Copyright Act. They are intended only for selecting photos for subsequent editing. Please respect this warning, do not post them on social networks and wait for the final form of your images.

Photo editing

The price of standard photo editing (cropping, color adjustments and exposure) and light retouching (skin adjustments, reduction of unwanted glare, bruises etc.) is included in the price of the package. I make these edits in accordance with my own style at my best discretion.

Completion of the order

Your electronic files are provided through a link to a direct download of the package in .zip format. I submit only selected edited photos in JPG format. I do not provide RAW format photos. 

Gift Voucher

A Gift Voucher can be issued for any package you choose. It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher is transferable. It is possible to print the voucher and get it by the Dutch Post or pick it up in person.
